Though I haven't used this in a club, I do use it for house parties and get togethers and amaze my friends and family with what I can do with this. Its great for live performances because there are just so many things you can do right at your finger tips.
The Pioneer CDJ 200 is a pro cd and mp3 player. It is very compact and sleek with a very nice and stylish design that anyone can appreciate. As soon as you turn it on, it illuminates and looks great. The general use of the Pioneer cj 200 is very easy to understand. You will get it in no time without any manuals needed. The buttons on this devic...
What I like most about this unit is what it is, a hardware standalone effects unit. Other than the EFX 1000 (and the 500) these are the only mass produced, somewhat affordable hardware, tactile EFX units I am aware of. I am honestly shocked that Pioneer is the only one who makes something like this. In an age of computers and software, it is ...
The Pioneer RT-1020L is a reel to reel 1/4" tape machine for playing and recording. It can play either 7" or 10" reels. My parents owned this and I have since taken it under my wing to use and mess around with. While I've got a Pro Tools studio at home, I thought this would be cool to mess around with and perhaps provide some cool effects. W...
I used the CDJ800 for six months. It's an excellent deck!! I like the auto-loop function. The +10/+100 pitch setting allows you to create amazing mixes and is very reliable. Very convenient to make long mixes. The master tempo function is very powerful when you increase the tempo. It doesn't sound so good when you decrease the ...
I've been using it for over 2 years. Previously, I owned a 3-channel Gemini but it cannot be compared. Pros: Good-quality effects although some of them are unnecessary. Overall quality: rugged construction (the controls are sturdy)!! Cons: The filter would be better if it ...
Originally written by peaktrance on Audiofanzine FR. How long have you been using it? I've had it for 15 days (I use it two hours a day). Which feature do you like the most / the least? Until now, I've had no problems... but it's my first CD deck. It seems quite sturdy. Did yo...
The thing I like most about this mixer is the reliability, layout and use, and standardization. In clubs, this mixer or an updated version of this mixer is pretty much all you will see, so as a DJ, it makes it easier to play in strange places when you are familiar with the equipment. The mixer can be purchased for a relatively small amount of mo...
The Pioneer CDJ 800 is one of the best DJ CD players available for the money. With the advancement of CDJ series far beyond this basic model, they can be acquired for an affordable cost and offer the high quality you have come to expect from Pioneer as a DJ. The pitch adjust is solid and precise, and once you get the hang of it, you can hang on ...
This is a really solid record turntable, one that has been in my family for many years. My dad has had this table since he was in high school, which was 1971-1975. All I've ever had to do to get it fixed and working again (beyond the obvious point of replacing the stylus), was to readjust the belt one time. And that only took a few minutes! I th...
